JONESBORO, Ark. (1/22/25) – Arkansas State added to its future non-conference football schedule Wednesday, announcing a home-and-home series with Missouri State in 2027 and 2028.

Missouri State will host the Red Wolves in Springfield, Mo., on Sept. 25, 2027, in the opening game of the series. A-State welcomes the Bears to Centennial Bank Stadium on Sept. 16, 2028. The two sides have met four times on the gridiron, all in Jonesboro, dating back to 1991.

Missouri State is A-State’s third non-conference opponent scheduled for 2027. A-State will visit Georgia Tech on Sept. 4, 2027, before hosting Memphis on Sept. 11, 2027. The Bears are the second non-conference opponent scheduled for 2028 with the previously announced contest at Memphis on Sept. 23, 2028.

Arkansas State’s entire 2025 football schedule, including conference dates, is expected to be announced on or before March 1. A-State football season-ticket renewals will begin later this month, at which time new season ticket sales will also be available in both premium and non-premium areas.

A season ticket renewal or season ticket purchase is a primary way to gain access to tickets for the Red Wolves matchup against Arkansas on Sept. 6 in Little Rock at War Memorial Stadium. Red Wolves Foundation priority points will be used for allocation, but all Red Wolves Foundation donors and season ticket holders will be provided the first opportunity to purchase tickets available through the limited A-State allotment.

The Red Wolves are coming off back-to-back bowl appearances, including a win in the 2024 68 Ventures Bowl against Bowling Green. A-State is among four FBS programs to increase its regular season win total every season since 2022.
