JONESBORO, Ark. (6/14/24) – In just 10 months on the job, Arkansas State tennis head coach Sujay Lama and staff have landed the No. 19 mid-major recruiting class as released today by the Tennis Recruiting Network.

“We are very excited to have an amazing group of ladies join us this fall,” Lama said. “This ranking speaks to the caliber of their potential. It reflects the positive momentum of our program and we can’t wait to get this team on the court together.”

It is the second-best class in the Sun Belt Conference according to the rankings, trailing only Georgia Southern (No. 2). A-State’s three player class includes Carla Muro Castellvi (Spain), Lilly Cvanciger (Slovakia) and Loles Carbo Chova (Spain).
