JONESBORO, Ark. (4/18/25) – Arkansas State women’s tennis seeks to wrap the regular season on a strong note, traveling to face 75th-ranked South Alabama Saturday morning in Mobile.
Match time for the Red Wolves’ (12-9, 5-5 SBC) match against the Jaguars (13-5, 6-3) is slated for 10 a.m. at the Bruce David Lubel Memorial Tennis Courts. Both squads have clinched berths in the upcoming Sun Belt Conference Championships, held April 24-27 in Rome, Ga., and are vying for seeding with Saturday’s match.
“We are really looking forward to this match,” A-State head coach Sujay Lama said. “This is our chance to really dig in deep as a team and compete. We want to take as much confidence and momentum as possible heading into next week’s conference tournament.”
