KLEK 102.5 FM has a brand new Real Estate Donation program through CARS, the car donation company. How it works is that you’d fill out the form to donate your land, home, or other property that you own and CARS will evaluate it and give the proceeds to KLEK as a charitable gift on your behalf.

Even if your property has outstanding back taxes, a mortgage balance, or deferred maintenance, it is eligible to be donated as long as it has equity. CARS will take care of any outstanding balances on the property, including loans, liens, owed commissions, and closing costs.

The donation will also count as a charitable gift, so you’ll be able to write it off on your taxes.
